Have a third garage or basement that can handle some items? My Rental Space
Have an unused Driveway or Shed in the back yard that isnt being used for anything? My Rental Space
Have property that you can store some things? My Rental Space
Have an extra room or a whole house youd like to rent? My Rental Space.

After living in a few houses and a few apartments I came to the realization that Public Storage in incredible overpriced and all they are selling is space. They have a rider insurance that you pay extra for on your monthly premium. I thought there are property owners that could put the possessions value on their own insurance and charge an appropriate monthly fee for storage.

You use your own car for Uber and Lyft
You use your house for Air BNB
Why not use your property as a storage cash cow in My Rental Space?

This is where my app comes in. For a small in app purchase you buy ad space, put in details of what you can store with your contact data and pictures. You can add square area, etc. You also put in a range of monthly prices you can offer. A user looking for a place to put her motorcycle or whatever searches the map. She contacts you through email or phone your choice. After some negotiation, you can set up a PayPal transfer monthly subscription or some other financial institution. With these if things go awry, you can reverse transfer. As the property renter you get rated with emoji so that users know how great you are as a landlord for their possessions

Disclaimer. It is up to the property owner to take care of all possessions and have the correct insurance to cover everything in case of emergency. It is also up to the property owner to come up with a set of conditions that the user is aware of. ie. If the user does not pay, you have the right to sell their possessions after 90 days. As the property renter you also have to come up with times so the user has access to their possessions.

It is up to the user to not store hazardous or illegal type possessions of any kind and to pay the monthly rent on a timely basis. The user has to sign any contract the property owner comes up with to store their possessions there. Also, the user has to agree to only come to the renter property at designated hours.

My app is only responsible for the ad space of the property renter and the search for users to find property that suits their needs in proximity to them. Any other inconveniences or concerns must be settled between the property owner and the user.
